Welcome to Callmelumie  By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products

  • Our products include both print-on-demand items (t-shirts, art prints, etc.) fulfilled through Printful and original artworks created by the artist.

  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available gateways.

  • Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Shipping

  • Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by Printful. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • Original artworks are packaged and shipped directly by LUMIÈ.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Print-on-demand products: no returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or production defects (see our Return Policy).

  • Original artworks: final sale, no returns or refunds.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Callmelumie. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

6. Privacy & Data

  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We use Shopify and Printful to process and fulfill orders.
