Refund policy

At Callmelumie, every creation is made with care and intention. Since many of our items are printed on demand through our partner Printful or are unique original artworks, our return and exchange policies are tailored to this reality:

Print-on-demand products (t-shirts, art prints, etc.)

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for these items, as they are produced specifically for each order.

• If an item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will work with you and our supplier to find a fair solution.

Original artworks

• Originals are considered final sale. This means that no returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible.

• If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos and details. We will review the situation together and work towards a solution.

Timeframe to report an issue

Any request related to a damaged or defective product must be sent by email to callmelumie@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to resolve the issue.
