Order Processing

• Print-on-demand items (t-shirts, art prints, etc.) are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Processing time is typically 2–7 business days before shipping.

• Original artworks are packaged and shipped directly by Callmelumie within 5–10 business days of purchase.

Shipping Times

• Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Canada & USA: usually 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

  • Europe: 7–15 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.

• Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the type of product.

• Some items may ship separately if they are produced in different facilities (e.g., Printful products vs. original artworks).

Customs & Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with Printful or the carrier to resolve the issue.
